Toccoa River Update

The Toccoa is entering its normal turnover period near the dam, which means the water is warming there. Junk flies — eggs, worms, and mops — have been effective at several access points.

Bass Fishing

In some of our bass fisheries, bigger swim flies are drawing strikes and producing solid fish.

Water Temps Matter

This month, keep a close eye on temperatures. Quick rises and drops will impact how fish feed, so adjust accordingly.
