Bassapalooza 2025

Jun 11, 2025 | Events | 0 comments

This years Bassapalooza was one to remember. There were some new faces in the game as well as new conditions. Coming off of one of the rainiest months in history, this year we had the most teams competing ever with 22 total. Brian Shinall and Joe Smith won again this year with a total of 267.5 inches. Second place was Conner Jones and Parker Bolt with 173.25. Third place was Tony Molinari and Davie Crawford with 161. Big fish was also Brian Shinall with 30 inches. The Caddis fly side mission (which was to catch something on possibly the worst fly ever made) was Nate Ruzumna and Charlie Pickett with a total of 6 chicken wings caught on that god awful fly.

The conditions change from year to year but the inevitability of everyone walking away with a core memory of friendship and fun surrounding the waterways that are home to the species that make this “The South”, will last forever. We are already looking forward to next year and hope to have even more teams.
